WordPress-related questions and any further customizations (such as fonts, font sizes, etc) to themes are not covered under our provided support. Plugins that we recommend are also not supported by us. Our themes are simply styled to match them, but we are not able to provide support for them. If you are experiencing a Kadence Theme or Blocks related issue, email their support team first at support@kadencewp.com

Before submitting a support ticket, please verify that you’ve done the following:

I am running the latest version of WordPress (5.8.2)*

For Kadence themes, I am running the latest version of the Kadence Theme (1.1.6)*

PHP version is at least 7.3 (check with host if unsure)*
